What cookies are

Cookies are small text files stored on your device. Mindsync Hub also uses similar technologies such as localStorage for remembering cookie consent choices.

How we use them

Essential cookies and storage keep basic site functions working. Analytics cookies help us understand which Offline Asset Movement Tracker pages are useful — only if you accept them.

Cookies table

Name Purpose Duration Provider
mindsync-hub-cookie-consent Stores Accept or Reject preference for the cookie banner Until cleared (localStorage) Mindsync Hub
mh_session Maintains basic session integrity for form abuse prevention Session Mindsync Hub
_mh_analytics Aggregated page-view analytics (set only after Accept) 6 months Mindsync Hub
_ga / similar Optional third-party analytics if enabled after Accept Up to 24 months Third-party analytics provider

Managing or disabling cookies

Use the banner’s Accept or Reject controls on first visit. Rejecting does not block course browsing or contact forms. You can also clear cookies and localStorage in your browser settings, or use browser controls to block third-party cookies.

Third-party cookies

If you accept analytics, third-party providers may set their own cookies subject to their policies. Embedded fonts or image CDNs may process technical requests without advertising cookies.

Impact of disabling

Essential functions remain available if you reject analytics. You may see the consent banner again after clearing storage. Some usage metrics will be unavailable to us, which may slow content improvements.
